Sri Aurobindo Group of Institutes ventured into the field of education in the year 1988 with Sri Aurobindo School in Bhopal, a school that was established to actualise the ideals and values of Sri Aurobindo and The Mother.
Furthering our intent of offering the best education to the students, the promoters founded Sri Aurobindo Institute of Medical Sciences in the year 2003, Sri Aurobindo Institute of Dentistry in the year 2004 and Sri Aurobindo Institute of Technology, Sri Aurobindo Institute of Pharmacy and Sri Aurobindo Institute of Management and Science in the year 2009.

B Pharm
The B. Pharm was established in the year 2009. The B. Pharm. curriculum has been structured in such a way that the students apart from learning and understanding the pharmacy courses also gain exposure to other fundamental disciplines of core sciences like Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, Physical Chemistry, and Pharmaceutical Engineering.
Since we follow such a structured approach for the B. Pharm program, students undergo an overall development and gain knowledge in multidisciplinary fields which is reflected in the high-paying jobs they secure after completing their B. Pharm program.
Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D)
(6 Years Integrated)
Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) started in 2008 in India with an objective to improve clinical pharmacy education nationwide.
Sri Aurobindo Institute of Pharmacy (SAIP) with the proclaimed objective of becoming a centre for excellence for advanced studies in pharmaceutical sciences launched the Pharm D program in 2018 and became one of its kind institutes to start the course in central India.
Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D (PB))
(3 Years Post Baccalaureate)
It is a three-year course that includes two years of academics and a one-year internship after B. Pharm. Pharm. D (Post Baccalaureate) involves theoretical understanding of concepts with extensive training in pharmacy practice.
The ultramodern laboratories at SAIP provide an in-depth understanding of the discipline. SAIP, blends all the important features required to provide the best education and is one of the topmost choices of students to opt for Pharmacy education in the Indore region.
M Pharm
Pharmaceutical Chemistry
It is a program run under the Department of Medicinal & Pharmaceutical Chemistry. The Department was established in the year 2011. Medicinal & Pharmaceutical Chemistry is a discipline with a traditional focus on organic synthetic chemistry with the broad goals of drug discovery and optimization.
The Department has always departed somewhat from this tradition given the focus of many of its faculty on the research areas of mechanistic drug metabolism, toxicology, and bioanalytical chemistry. In recent years research activities in the Department have been broadened further by the addition of several faculty members with expertise in the areas of drug design and computational studies.
M Pharm
Pharmaceutics
Itis a program run under the Department of Department of Pharmaceutics & Biopharmaceutics. The department is well equipped for both teaching and research activities.
The program was started in the year of 2012. The major focus of the department’s M. Pharm program is to provide students with a strong focus and training to prepare them for careers in academia, pharmaceutical industry, or research institutions.
These degree offerings are intended to meet the high demand for professionals with broad-based training in pharmaceutical sciences.
Diploma in Pharmacy
D Pharm
It is a two-year academic program streamlined to endow in-depth knowledge of science and technique behind the formulation of Pharmacy Practice and Medicines Management.
The program fundamentally provides an overview of the conjecture principles and practices implicated in the science of Pharmacy, including core subjects like Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmacognosy, Pharmacology and Pharmaceutics. The curriculum and syllabi for the program are as per the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) the statutory body governing pharmacy profession in India.

FIP
The International Pharmaceutical Federation (FIP) has taken on the initiative of compiling the most comprehensive and current World List of Pharmacy Schools. Sri Aurobindo Institute of Pharmacy, Indore feels proud to be a part of their list and became a FIP academic institutional member. SAIP is the only institute having the FIP and IPSF membership that provides many international internship opportunities to our students giving them international exposure of pharmacy field.
SAIP-IICs
Aligning to the mission of the Ministry of Education, Govt. of India, Innovation cell (MIC) which is to systematically foster the culture of Innovation in all Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) across the country, SAIP established Sri Aurobindo Institute of Pharmacy’s Institution Innovation Council that will focus on creating a complete ecosystem that will foster the culture of Innovation from ideas generation to pre-incubation, incubation, and graduating from the incubator as successful start-ups.
