OUR FACILITIES

SAIP Campus is a microcosm of sorts, a world in itself. Our 54-acre sprawling campus houses everything that a student can ask for. And we make sure that the students are given all the infrastructural support to deliver the best out of them.

Facilities available at the campus

ATM Facility of State Bank of India is available in campus for the students and faculties.

“Healthy body for a healthy mind” is a doctrine we keep in mind for students and following it we've made available to the students a state-of-the art gymnasium embedded with the best of the equipment and machines for a thorough work out.

The attached medical college hospital in campus premises assures emergency medical care to the students of SAIP for all the specialties. Students can also avail the option of regular health check-up camps.

Giving access to the world of information over the Internet, the classrooms of the institutes have wi-fi connection. Also a separate Internet lab has been created along with the e- library for the students of SAIP.

With 7 different canteens and cafeterias inside the campus premises, student have the option of a variety of meals. From grabbing a quick bite of snacks to a full seven course meals, everything is available in campus.

LIBRARY

LIBRARY AND RESOURCE CENTER

The Library & Resource Centre is the heart of all academic activity at SAIP and is a hub for library, information and computer services. It houses books, e-books, journals, online journals, databases, audio-video Resources, publications & papers and research materials. The resources are available to the students, alumni & faculty of the institute and also to other corporates and institutes who would like to make use of the huge repository of knowledge that is created with addition of thousands of books every year. The Library has a dedicated staff, which works incessantly to make knowledge easily accessible to the students at SAIP. The members of the Resource Centre can avail services like circulation, research & reference, course support, knowledge management and photocopy, printing & DTP services.

Circulation Policies

The students, faculty and staff become the default members of the library when they join the institute and hence they are entitled to avail the services at Library. Others will have to register at the resource centre and pay the membership fee in order to make use of these services.

Late Fee: Rs. 3/- per day for seven days

Rs. 6/- for every consecutive day

Print, Copy & DTP

These services are available at Library at a cost. Students can get photocopy of reference materials from journals, reference books and other materials. A Printer along with a desktop computer is also installed so that the student can get print out of information or assignments from over the Internet.

Loan from other Libraries

Students and faculty can get access to material, which are not available with KRC, from other libraries and sources of which KRC is a member. KRC intends to continuously build a cooperative network of Institutional Libraries so that the students can make full use of the available information. KRC has taken membership of the following:

Circulation Rules & Regulations:

No material will be issued or returned without the ID Card being produced at the circulation counter

Mutilated or soiled books will have to be replaced by the borrower

The borrower should check the material for missing pages, damages, marking etc. before issue and inform at the circulation counter

Any material issued on the ID card is not transferrable to another ID Card and will have to be returned at the circulation counter
